Player Spotlight: Utah State RB Robert Turbin

One of 14 underclassmen that declared for the 2012 Draft at the running back position, Utah State's Robert Turbin is one player that has impressed me in my evaluation of him. One of my favorite prospects this year, Robert Turbin rushed for a total of 1,517 yards and 19 touchdowns on 249 carries (6.1-ypc) in 2011, finishing his career with the Aggies with 3,315 yards and 40 touchdowns on 565 carries (5.86-ypc). Robert is a big, stocky between-the-tackles running back with the power and leg drive that reminds me of a slower Rashard Mendenhall. If you're looking for one player to keep an eye on this spring, be sure to watch out for Turbin.
